The Tactical Emergency First Aid (TEFA) training equips employees with the ability to act in a structured, safe, and effective manner during these critical initial moments.
The objective is to build operational emergency response capability, reduce risk, and significantly improve survival chances in cases of severe injury.

Structured Initial Response in Emergencies
- Understanding the chain of survival in an industrial context

Scene Safety & Situation Assessment
- Scene safety in the workplace environment

Control of Severe Bleeding
- Recognition of life-threatening bleeding
- Direct pressure and compression techniques
- Application of tourniquets in emergencies
- Shock prevention and stabilisation
Airway & Basic Life Support
- Management of unconscious casualties
- Airway assessment and recovery position
- Recognition of acute life-threatening conditions
Trauma Management in the Workplace
- Management of cuts, puncture wounds, and crush injuries
- Thoracic injuries (awareness and initial response)
- Casualty positioning and care until emergency services arrive
Structured Emergency Care (MARCH)
- Application of structured casualty management principles
- Prioritisation of life-saving interventions
- Handover to emergency medical services and responders
Realistic Scenario Training
- Industrial and workplace accidents
- Machinery and construction site incidents
- Severe bleeding situations
- Unconscious casualties in the workplace
- Stress and decision-making training under realistic conditions
