Course Content

During the course you will learn:

• Introduction to life-saving emergency first aid procedures
• Effective haemorrhage control using tourniquets and emergency trauma dressings
• Treatment of penetrating chest injuries using chest seals
• Guidance on building and equipping an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK)

Each participant will receive extensive practical instruction in small groups under the supervision of experienced trainers. Key techniques are practised repeatedly to build confidence, competence, and muscle memory.
